Sing Aloud team building event is all inclusive. Everyone is able to participate. No special equipment, clothing or level of physical fitness is needed. Your voice and the ability to ‘let go and have fun’ are all that is required. Some people can feel a little apprehensive because they are worried about
singing in front of their colleagues, however, we find that any reservations they may have beforehand are quickly dispelled when they hear the harmonious sounds of the group working together. We firmly believe in using peoples’ strengths rather than exposing their weaknesses.
More and more people from all walks of life are progressing from team building events to experience the thrills and benefits associated with
singing in a group, or a choir, on a regular basis within the workplace.
Singing improves posture, clears respiratory tubes and sinuses, and can increase mental alertness through greater oxygenation. It even tones the muscles of your stomach and back which helps to counteract the strain of sitting behind a desk.
A typical 45 minute luchtime session would include . . . .
- 5 min gentle physical warmup to correct posture
- 10 min vocal warm up
- 30 min group songwork
We will come to your office for an hour every week, or 2 weeks.
